Wighton boost for Rovers but injured trio remain sidelined
Raith welcome Craig Wighton back to their squad from Scotland Under-19s duty for their home game against Queen of the South.
But Rovers will still be without injured trio Craig Barr (groin), Lewis Vaughan (knee) and Ross Callachan (shoulder).
Manager Ray McKinnon is keen for his side to move on from last weekend's 5-0 defeat to Rangers.
He said: "That game is gone and our season will not be determined by results against Rangers. We actually performed well in phases at Ibrox but we lost goals at bad times.
"This game is a much more even contest as there is very little between the squads, albeit they have a greater number of players."
Queen of the South will include Derek Lyle in their squad after their successful appeal against his sending off against Rangers.
But Dale Hilson is out with a foot problem, Callum Tapping is absent due to a thigh injury and Mark Millar is doubtful.
Assistant manager Gavin Skelton said: "We have lost our last couple of games so we are looking to bounce back at Stark's Park.
"We are a better side than we have shown recently and hopefully we will be more like what we can be in this one.
"Raith will also be looking to bounce back after losing to Rangers and both sides will see this as a winnable game."
